We offer three programs to help athletes of all ages and skill levels reach their full potential. Our Middle School Performance Training program is designed for athletes ages 11-14 and focuses on developing fundamental skills and a love for training. Our High School Performance Training program is tailored to the individual needs and demands of each athlete's sport, and is suitable for a variety of rotational sports. Our College/Pro Performance Training program is also tailored to the individual needs of each athlete, and includes specialized skill development for baseball & softball players. At ZLP, we are committed to helping athletes become the best they can be and reach their goals.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PERFORMANCE

The Middle School Performance program strives to lay the foundation for future athletic development while instilling a passion for training. The developmental window young athletes go through during the ages of 11-14 years old is one they will never get back. This is often the best period of time to develop motor control, functional movement patterns, and kinesthetic awareness. Our only requirements are have fun, bring a great attitude, and give your very best effort.

Our unique program is constantly tailored and phased for the individual and seasonal demands of his or her specific sport. ZLP is home to a variety of rotational athletes with upper extremity demands; baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, golf, football, basketball, swimming, and more. We have the ability to assess and create a program specific to your needs that is proven to develop a different caliber of athlete.

ZLP is home to a variety of rotational athletes with upper extremity demands; baseball, softball, tennis, volleyball, golf, football, basketball, swimming, and more. Included in this program is pitching and hitting skill development for our baseball athletes.
