Step One: The Assessment
Upon registration, athletes will be assigned a movement screen. From this screening we will evaluate every aspect of your movement and performance to create your custom program.
Step Two: Customized Plan
Once we have identified where you are and where we need to begin getting better, your custom program will be dropped into our mobile application. These programs will cover everything from therapy, mobility, and functional movement to high level performance needs in the gym and on the field.
Step Three: Get To Work!
Every routine comes with coach-led videos so that work can be done with proper direction. As you work through the program, we will continually progress and update the program based on needs and seasons to provide you the best year round remote development experience.
