The Junior Performance program strives to lay the foundation for future athletic development while instilling a passion for training. The developmental window young athletes go through during the ages of 9-12 years old is one they will never get back. This is often the best period of time to develop motor control, functional movement patterns, and kinesthetic awareness. Our only requirements are have fun, bring a great attitude, and give your very best effort.
